I've noticed what you're saying about mute alright, but they don't seem to work one way or another for some reason so must be faulty. Memory mismanagement. You can quite safely max it out... Looks like something else is running and tries to start that stacsv.exe file, you could try renaming it to say stacsv.bak then reboot see if the error message has gone. Stacsv.exe is able to hide itself.
