What error do you get if you try to add the printer manually from point and print? new technology upgraded but never consider customer using their old technology. For any new printers we received that used different drivers, we were able to use Group Policy to allow users to install drivers without issues. Print Server is Server2008r2 Standard x64.

(yellow bang triangle) under device manager, indicating that the device is unusable. If we had more layers applied to each machine, we would probably think about including it in the OS layer.
